Dmitry is the leader and founder of The12 Capital. For last 15 years he has been working in the fields of consultancy and investment banking for such firms as PwC (Corporate Finance), Polyus (Capital Markets & Corporate Finance) and UFG (Private Equity and Wealth Management).
Dmitry also has been a part of a VC firm with $100 mln AUM as an Investment Director investing in EdTech, FinTech and SaaS. After that Dmitry even worked for one of the largest EMEA banks as a Managing Director responsible for Debt/Mezzanine transactions.

Roman is a diversified professional, who started career with classic valuation business in Deloitte and later got an operational experience in Data Science. As a next step in his career development, Roman moved to VC and tried himself in both Sell side and Buy Side advisory - total amount of sell-side deals under management amounted to +$150 mln. In addition to this, he is managing a business angel club with 100+ members.
Sofiya is an aspiring specialist with a degree in business valuation in the digital economy. She provides administrative support and analytics for leading team projects and has extensive experience in working with clients.

Ilya is Executive Director of The12 Capital. Ilya started his career at PwC (Corporate Finance) and UBS Investment Bank (M&A/ECM/DCM).
Ilya also has been a part of a VC investment boutique as an Investment Associate working with early and mid-stage startups on fundraising and strategy development tasks. For 3 years after Ilya worked for various Late-stage/public tech companies as a Strategy lead.

Anastasia is a driven professional whose experience lies in the fields of corporate finance and financial reporting.
